Preventive Maintenance Data Capture Checklist

Tujuan

Karena karakteristik customer yang dilayani bervariasi, checklist ini dibuat untuk memudahkan proses data capture dan menjadi guideline dalam melakukan data collection ke customer — terutama untuk kondisi dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan secara remote melalui Zoom.

Action ini berlaku untuk seluruh perangkat, termasuk perangkat standby dan Host device (F5 OS).

Catatan

Checklist ini berjalan secara client-side, sehingga progress akan hilang apabila browser di-refresh.

Prerequisite

Sebelum memulai proses Preventive Maintenance, pastikan hal-hal berikut sudah dipersiapkan:

  • Akses VPN, atau atur jadwal call dengan customer untuk proses data collection (alokasikan waktu minimal setengah hari)
  • Storage bucket untuk menyimpan file hasil capture, apabila customer tidak memiliki storage bucket sendiri (misalnya OneDrive)
  • Akun F5
  • F5 System Scanner versi terbaru

  • Generate Qkview
